Idk what possessed me to do this today, but I'm loving the drop! I've never done suspension work before, and it took me all day, but it was totally worth it. Ride quality feels pretty much the same, tighter for sure but not any harsher than stock. This is exactly the look I was hoping for!

Now I just can't wait to put my summer wheels on (and for it to be summer)

Not too much, just enough drop. I have the Eibach lowering springs for my eco Lariat. Just gotta motivate myself to get it done. My biggest fear is ride quality and scraping the undercarriage. Looks great.

It looks like you have a XLT badge but you have a black front grill and painted mirror caps. How did that come together?

For MY22 and MY23 LUX package XLT trim had colour matched mirror caps. The front grill looks black, but to me that is the standard XLT grill strip that is dark gray.

Thanks! Ride was my biggest worry as well, but thankfully the engineers really did the work on these, as they are not any more harsh or bouncy than stock, I might even say smaller bumps are a little better isolated than stock.

It sits about the same now as most of the cars I've owned and I never scraped anything under those, so I wasn't too worried about that part.

Thanks! I've got a set of Motegi MR 107 that I've had since 2011, had them on my old Taurus and then my Fusion. I think they'll look pretty good on the Maverick.

They're 20x8.5 and I'll be getting 245/50/20 for them.

Yeah, its all factory '23 XLT Lux equipment. If you look at the headlight area of the grill bar, that's not a highlight of black plastic you're seeing, its actually just the grey color of the xlt bar.

Are those the stock rims and tires still looks great
They're stock XLT equipment as well. Personally I'm really not a fan of them, I think they look too busy and lumpy, very circa 2012. Not really a fan of the color of them either honestly. I very strongly prefer the simpler, cleaner, polished look of the Lariat wheels. I think they're a really nice factory wheel, very sharp.

These will suffice for my winter setup.
