Eibach Pro Kit issues

Anyone having issues with bottoming out the front struts on an ecoboost awd? The bump stops were cut per the directions. A simple transition from the road to a bridge and it will slam down on the struts. Its become very annoying. Ive already reached out to Eibach several times but have not gotten a response.

I have not. Eibach has been no help. Im going to assume the strut failed.
