24 Hybrid Lariat Terrain?

Has anybody got a build confirmation for a 24 hybrid in the color of Terrain?

I placed an order for one back in September and have yet to receive a build confirmation but only placed one for the color of black and received the build confirmation in 2 only weeks after placing the order.

Wondering if the problem is with the color since they are both exactly the same truck on the orders?

You mean a scheduled build date?

Or email from Ford confirming that you ordered?

Color shouldn't matter. For scheduling, dealer's allocation (and your order's constraints) are what matter. For Ford confirmation email of your order, the dealer has to but your email in a certain place in WBDO for those to happen.

Build confirmation is what I'm looking for.
I received order confirmation on both but build confirmation only two weeks after placing the order for the black one and still nothing on the Terrain other than updates it still a current order.

Both exactly the same truck except color.

what was the build of your other order? did you order at the same dealer for both orders? were either one a rollover order from 23 or were both new 24 orders?

Two brand new orders from two different dealers.

I will say the one that has a build date after only 2 weeks is from a much larger dealer.

I placed a third order with the second dealer that is larger in the Terrain color hoping to see what happens with it.

I have seen that some dealers get a bigger allocation but still after waiting 90 days on the first one, I still don't have anything on it, whereas the second one got a build date after only two weeks?

I'm still waiting for an answer of anybody having a hybrid built with the Terrain color??

There may be a few reasons on why you have not been scheduled yet.

The dealer you ordered your black Mav with could have had no roll over orders, therefore having room to get you scheduled quickly, or they could have had very few with your configuration and ford needed that configuration so you got scheduled quickly. While the dealer with your terrain order could have had a bunch of roll over orders that need to get scheduled first, or they may have enough with the same configuration that it will take a little longer for ford to get to your configuration than the other dealer.

So let me revise my question.

Does anybody have a Hybrid Lariat in the color of Terrain that has been built or even has a build date?

I see what you’re asking but your premise is flawed. The color has no bearing on why it hasn’t been scheduled yet. You ordered a two different dealers, one has different allocations and order books than the other.

I would bet if you placed your order at the same place as your Black mav it would be picked up.

Well I did place another order for a Terrain colored one at the same dealership that I ordered a black one from that I got a build date from 2 weeks after the order went in. I am waiting to see what happens with that one.

It still seems strange to me that I've been waiting 3 months for the first order without any movement and got a build date on another after only 2 weeks?

The first one that I'm still waiting on has an order code of B000 and a priority code of 10.

The second one that had a build date issued within 2 weeks has an order code J117 and priority code of 19.

Also, priority code doesn't mean anything - that's only the priority at the individual dealership. The dealer could have set all of them to 19 for your latter so they all had equal priority. It's all about their allocations and what's in line at each dealer.

You got lucky with the black one is all. Having to wait a few months for your order (especially with 20k rollovers with higher priority) is the norm.

I ordered mine this year, when the ordering opened
It's lariat FX 4, towing package, blackout package, No sunroof, Also in that color. Got word that it was built from my dealership a week ago, Ford just finally sent it to me today. Says it should be here in North Carolina January 9th or so.

I have this 24 that I received on Wed Nov 22nd just before Thanksgiving. Lariat Hybrid in Terrain.
