Yes follow the directions and it works perfectly fine. Mine is set at 940 right now.

I have a new Lariat Hybrid and when I put it into drive or reverse there is a delay for it to actually engage in gear, sometimes a few seconds. Is anybody else experiencing this or do I have a problem?

Just use the T tap connectors that are providing and you'll be fine.

I did as in the directions and on YouTube videos that I found and no I've had no problems, the lights work perfectly fine. They work as a marker light when they headlights are on and always operate as turn signals.
