I'd gotten off to a quick start getting a scheduled build date 1 day after order placed. Then it got built early. Then it sat and sat as it shipped along the way. Got word yesterday it was delivered to the dealer and I'm picking it up tomorrow. Can't wait.

Not I just have to find a non-hwy route home so I can break it in keeping it under 80 lol.

Congratulations on getting your Maverick! Sounds like you had the exact configurations and your dealer had an open allocation for you to get yours build and delivered so quickly. I think you will absolutely love it.

Perhaps one of the first mods is to add a Maverick Truck Club decal so you can properly “represent.”

Smart move, taking it easy the first 1k miles or so.

Also do the first oil change after a few thousand miles, to get the break-in oil & tiny assembly line oil filter changed. After that, the Oil Life Monitor will recommend changes.

Congrats, drive it on the highway it will be fine just vary your speed.
