I went with 'smoke' as well. After installing it, it would've been nicer to have a better color match with the grill. Still looks great and will protect the leading edge from rock chips, etc. My dealer put a ceramic coating on the truck so I made sure to clean the adhesive area well. Then, I put 2 coats of F11 Top Coat on the skin to make cleaning easier later.
I went with the same one from Ford Accessories. I needed 3 hands and the wife helped out. She says it looks great and there's no arguing with her. I have the BAP and it seems to match great.
