My Lariat Hybrid Terrain also left NM this morning. Supposed to be in Kirby TX by Nov 14th. Then will just have to wait and see how long it takes the truck to get it into Austin.

Mine made it to the IL exchange and left there this morning - fingers crossed it may be here by the end of the week.

My XLT Cactus Grey Hybrid was also shipped November 6. Est delivery December 6 - 18. I'm in SE Florida. The pool company up the street who bought 3 in 22 or 23 said there's were here in 2 weeks from shipping date.

I've watched a few come into central Texas. Usually takes 6 days to destination rail yard plus the time it takes for the auto transport pickup.

can you update for when it arrives? Mine just went into production status today but I’m just up the road from you in Temple. Hoping to get it by mid December and trying to gauge by others’ transportation time. Thanks!

I was told by Ford Chat that mine arrived in Nogales AZ on the 9th. But it is no longer on the railcar from Mexico.The expected delivery is 7 Dec. Hope it gets reloaded soon.

The trucks rail car number will not change throughout the shipment. What is frustrating is watching it get held up in various rail yards along the way while they part the trains and send the cars off in various directions. But they all come up into Tucson AZ from Hermosillo Mexico. I watched our train make at least two visits between the El Paso Alfalfa TX and Santa Teresa NM rail yards. Seems pretty inefficient but I'm no railroad transport expert. Time stamps kept switching between mountain and central time zones.

Ford chat said “I see that the vehicle is in transit. It shows that the location is Ramp 1P, El Mirage, AZ. The ETA for delivery is Dec 08-Dec 14, 2023. The last shipping information shows Convoy # (Aguilas Del Desierto De Baja California S De Rl De Cv ).”

she couldn’t get me the car number. I’ve got a text to my sales guy he’s not in in til later this afternoon maybe he can get it off the Dora

My Maverick arrived at the dealer (Granger) but unfortunately it has some minor scratches in the black plastic part of the bumper and they are going to replace it. I am not sure how long the replacement bumper cover will take but I am not really in a hurry. So no big deal to me. I asked for pictures of the scratches and he said they are so minor that they would not really show up in the photo.

These things happen but it takes a good dealer to not try to cover it up or wait until you fly there to tell you about it. To me it is not about that something went wrong but about how the dealer handles it. Granger was proactive about this and I really cant ask for more than that.

I have a tracking question. Mine shipped on 11/09/23, I live in Florida. Ford chat gave me a train car # and I have been tracking it with the CSX phone #. It has traveled all the way up to Kansas City as of today. Is that normal? Is it going to start back down to Florida now?

Built today, 7 working days from production start date. Now we wait for shipping...

I contacted Ford Chat after recieving the shipped notice and they gave me the railcar number. https://www.ford.com/help/contact/
Then it was just a proccess of calling the different rail lines until one of them found the information. The RR phone numbers are here.
