Last month, I bought a full set of BBS wheels from Tire Rack. I paid the extra $120 to have them come out to my apartment and install them. Their whole process was a MASTERPIECE. One guy, 2 hours, including spin balancing and programming of the TPM sensors. Granted, this was the only time I ever bought wheels, but I surely give Tire Rack a thumbs up. That said, I don't know if all franchises are the same.
I saw yesterday where tire rack has the $110 discount on continental plus another $110 if you put purchase on continental's synchrony credit card 6mo plan no interest BUT BE AWARE THE SYNCHRONY CARDS WHILE AT 0% INTEREST HAVE THE "IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT PENALTY" OF THE MAX RATE FROM DAY ONE!!!! So pay early and check to be sure payment posts. Seems like they had other brands on the extra $110 charge special. Some have reported stacking with Veterans 5% discount. Good for all of November 23 plus 25% sale on 15/52 wheels.
