Perhaps this info is just trickling in Ford Marketing; l just called and they had a scheduled build date of 10/27, but no Private Offer info.
Edit update: called Ford Cust Service (800) 392 3673 at 3 PM. They had the Private Offer info and 6 digit code.

Thanks for posting this. I called marketing and got my cert number, but it's a 7 digit number. XL Hybrid scheduled for week of 11/27 and cert value is $2500. Interesting he also said it expires Jan 2. Hopefully my truck is delivered before then...

They told me the same expiration date but if memory serves the same thing happed with the offers for this year. Basically Ford just keeps extending it out. Which makes sense, it’s not like you can control when your truck is built.

I had my private offer certificate a week before the big order last week and thought I’d be scheduled. But I did not. I was really thinking I would have and my dealer thought so too.

I just got off the phone and my private offer is not populated at this time. My truck was moved to production last night. The rep said to give it a week and check back.

I have the email with the $2500 private offer and the Farm Bureau certificate for $500
The truck is in the "In production" stage

My only concern is this small print in the certificate:

"This offer may not be used in conjunction with most other Ford Motor Company private incentives or AXZD-Plans"

Can anyone confirm if both incentives can be used together?

Do you/they by any chance know that prior to production, does the both offer show up? Mine is scheduled 11/27 production and so far they only see the 22->24 $2750 transitional offer.

Happy to confirm that I also received a 6 digit offer code and the amount was for $3400. I had ordered an XLT hybrid in 2023, and my 2024 order is an XL hybrid. So this should be proof that the “can be applied to any 24 MY order configuration” is true even though most dealers will argue that.

1) If your dealer has done all the paperwork, the certificate is now active in Ford's computer system.
2) For 23 -> 24 certificate, it is a six digits number
3) Contact Ford Marketing (800-334-4375) to acquire/verify your transitional private offer certificate.

For those who rollover with a scheduled build, I highly recommend contacting Ford Marketing to check on your certificate status, instead of waiting until last minute to try to sort out the situation when there is an issue with your certificate.

I just called. Super Helpful. They had all kinds of detail for me. Some I wasn't expecting. She had my Private offer 23 to 24 (3,400 for Hybrid xlt), some sort of rate lock (which I did not know was available...she didn't quote me a rate), and they even had my Farm Bureau certificate.

My only downside is my build date is 11/20 and the certificates expire 1/2, so I have to cross my fingers and hope it delivers by New Years. I have asked the dealer (Ford CS reps suggestion) to see if they can attach those codes to my vin which I already have.
