    Thanks, glad you also had a good experience with them. After reading so many horror stories about Ford dealers, I was relieved to have none of the headaches. This is replacing my 2012 Prius, so I'm old hat at hybrids. The brake coach is a bit like the game I used to play with my Prius... LOL

    For the offer, it was basically treated as manufacturer's rebate, so it did lower the price of the car, but not the sales tax.     She's finally home. CG Hybrid XL with Tow hitch, SBIL, floor liners and Co-Pilot 360. Great experience at Fritts Ford in Riverside. Finance person offered warranties and maintenance package but didn't push them. Process still took about 2 hours, because I forgot I had credit locks on my account...

  4. Anyone have their status go from built to shipped after 12/24?

    The whole process is a cluster of epic proportions... I'm in Riverside, SoCal and this has been my progres... In production - 11/23 Built - 12/13 Shipped - 12/28 ETA - 1/1/24-1/14/24 (was 1/7-1/20 but just updated yesterday on tracker)

    My CG Hybrid XL that was stuck "in production" since 11/23 just went to "built" status today. And, to my surprise, I actually found out because of a text from my dealer that they had an ETA of 1/2.

    just finished with Ford chat. even though the tracker shows In production, chat rep says it's been built and that there are no holds or delays and ETA to Riverside is 12/8 - 12/14... finger's crossed... 🤞

    Maybe they're waiting to finish mine to ship them together to SoCal. Mine's been stuck "In production" since 11/17. Gonna chat with Ford now to see what they say.

  8. Build date next week, but already in Production?

    So my original build week was 11/27.. 2 days ago I got an email that it changed to 11/20. I checked this morning (because I'm crazy) and it's now showing in production, and I HAVE A WINDOW STICKER!!! Are they that far ahead of production? Trying to fit in as many as they can before...

    Thanks for posting this. I called marketing and got my cert number, but it's a 7 digit number. XL Hybrid scheduled for week of 11/27 and cert value is $2500. Interesting he also said it expires Jan 2. Hopefully my truck is delivered before then...
