Nothing wrong with either .... like them both ... I did not make cutouts for cubbies .. only drilled holes for tie-downs on the new Ford Modular.

Penda is a two-piece (Tub + Tailgate) and much simpler/faster to install - upper tie-downs covered toward the cab. The upper rear tie-downs actually hold the liner in place.

I thought I would like the look of the Ford Modular better ... but I say it's even.
"Ford" is cool..but i'm simple and actually would have preferred both liners to not have any branding.

NOTE: the Penda/Duraliner has slightly more coverage at the cab than the Ford does.

Almost positive it's your eyes :)
I actually don't know what you see/think you see.

on the penda/duraliner it looks a little bowed out in the middle at front wall below real glass and bowed out in rear between the round hole and edge of liner that would be next to tailgate based on my eyes of the pic. Or maybe its mine and adsandiego eyes. Now the Ford drop-in looks perfect.

Ah... i understand now.
There is a piece of trim that holds some sort of sticky tape that goes over the lip of the liner
and then you are supposed to "tape" it to the cab. I never used it so that is why you see the gap.

Actually... I did not use the tape piece with the Ford liner either ... it does show it is a little pulled away from the cab as well (easier to see in real life..but same look/issue).

The portion of the Duraliner near the tailgate is just molded that way.
The holes for the lower tie-downs definitely are not centered around the tie-down itself but
no issues getting hooks/straps connected there.

If you have the 42000 Ford Points, the Ford Modular is about $170.
~$375=$400 without points.

If you don't have points, the Duraliner drop-in is about $300.
(USD of course)

I just bought mine today from my dealer. The cost was $435 plus tax minus $210 for ford pass points= $259.80. Where are they selling them for $300?

Thanks for the info. Where did this code come from and how did you use it? My dealer wanted $265 labor to install it. I’m bringing it home today, wish Me luck. Thanks again, Ronnie

I am tracking that the five piece genuine Ford bedliner is $435 minus 15% off at the moment. Does anyone know where the genuine Ford bedliner can be purchased cheaper than this price, from a seller that has them ready to ship-out?

I got mine from Tractor Supply. Two 1/2" rubber cattle mats (got to cut em out yourself after making templates from cardboard with joint near center) @ $35.00 ea. Or the big one 3/4" rubber (no joint needed)@ $100.00.
