My 2024 XL Hybrid is $27245. ($2500) $24745.
For me it’s an additional $335 after the private offer.
Yea for sure they really want you in a more profitable trim.

I haven't been keeping up with this community as religiously as I had before I got my Maverick, is there really still some people who ordered a 22 that have gotten skipped over for a second year straight?! 
That's insane, there has to be some dealer neglect with the failure to move those orders out of priority 99, right?
Even if an order was fully loaded with constrained options, Ford wouldn't have the gall to ignore it for a second year would they? And correct me if I'm wrong but there hasn't been options that are at 0% availability, has there? That would be the only thing that would make it somewhat understandable, but damn that would suck...

According to this memo the MY2023 and 2024 private offers combine for the unscheduled MY2022 orders. See the bullet points. I can't complain, other than the wait, the private offer makes my MY24 Lariat Hybrid $230 less than my MY23 Lariat Hybrid PLUS it comes with SIBL, tie-down rails, and remote start that I didn't have on the 23, I do lose the entry keypad though.
Same with me plus I like the Terrain color better than the Area 51 I had on the 23 order.
Buying any new car is a losing proposition. Consider yourself lucky it's only $305. The XL probably has the lowest profit margin.I may be misunderstanding this but for my XL Ecoboost I’m only getting $1000?

There is absolutely no defendable reason as to why ANY 2022 order is not fulfilled by now. Ordering began almost TWO YEARS ago...
Same for me. Lose keypad (don't care) and wiper deicers. Gain spray liner, bed rails, and remote start for less money. I'd call that a win.

My 23 Lariat to 24 Lariat with same config except +$495 for Azure Gray instead of Area 51 is still down $210!
To be fair at that time the details of how the transition offer was going to be calculated wasn't known yet. Now we know that it's solely based on the trim/engine of the 23MY order.
@fordvideoguy can you put these rumors to bed? Can we apply private offer to whatever 2024 configuration we want? In other words if I had a 2023 XLT hybrid ordered, can I order a 2024 XL or Lariat hybrid and use my $3400 private offer?
I know the XL has the lowest profit margin, but why not just make it even with the price increase?
It’s just plain greed on Ford’s part. If they don’t want to make a low profit on a vehicle, then don’t offer it for sale. It’s that simple
Instead they BS around with low production and stringing people along for years waiting to see IF they even get lucky to have their order get built. There is a HUGE demand for basic trucks that doesn’t cost $35k or more. But Ford like many companies would rather artificially drive the market to higher price vehicles that nobody can afford

They did the same thing last year so nothing new. My 2023 Lariat still cost $800 more than it would've in 2022 including the private offer. Ford didn't compensate for the package price increases. Lariat owner rollovers either made out if they already had a fully loaded one or they were screwed out of $3,000 because they have to add things they didn't want to it.
