The jack is junk. I tried it 4/5 times due to a flat. The jack kept falling. It's base is too small. Ended up having road side assistance come jack it up for me.
Road side assist. Tried them once and was told " your maverick does not come with road side assistance ,please contact your dealer if you want this added '.

He might have AAA like I do, even covers the vehicle I am currently riding in.

I think I’m going to get the 2 ton jack from Harbor Freight and keep it under the rear seat. Anyone have a link to the attachment I need?
Just search Amazon for a "Pinch Weld Jack Attachment". If you link the exact jack/stands you are buying I can point you to specifics, but also try searching for "2 Ton Pittsburg pinch weld" or even just "2 Ton Pittsburg attachment". Go to the question function in the adapters you see then search for keyword "Pittsburg" and read both answers and reviews. Most are pretty universal.

Let me know if you need specifics. Just share the link to whatever jack you have/get.

You are not alone either lol. I had to buy pinch weld adapters for everything I have. Here are the ones I got:

Floor Jack Adapters

Jack Stand Adapters

Not the greatest, but I'm sure they will do (mine are still in shipping).

Others might advise to get the Daytona series jacks but none of them would fit under the seat. This is strictly for emergency tire changes and not general home use.

I'm guessing you'd taken the measurements and tested it? You can always buy a bottle jack for around the same price, but again, not as secure as a floor jack on softer ground as others have mentioned.

That one is a bit smaller than the usual size you find on Amazon for those searches. It also only claims a 12" maximum lift, which I don't think will get the tires off the ground at all. I tested one with a 14" lift and it didn't move my tires, then again, I have 245/65R17's but even still, if it did with 225's it might have been BARELY enough. You may want to get others feedback on that before purchasing top confirm.

You are lifting part of the suspension, not the frame/body. Easiest way to put it: The control arm moves and the bushings inside do to. Always use the frame/pinch welds or the axle on a solid axle vehicle. Also, never under the rear dif. unless it's a totally sealed dif.

I have this one:

https://safejacks.com/products/pinch-weld-frame-pad

The top should screw off, just measure it and get a version of that for your size bottle jack. You can even just use a flat pinch weld jack adapter, it would just have some overhand so make sure it's centered. You could use a paint marker and draw around the bottom center so you can see it while using the bottle jack.

Or something like a magnetic one:

I would also use a paint market to circle the bottle jack to keep it centered.

I had some safe jack flat pads and a double ram bottle jack on hand, so going to use the slotted magnetic jack pad since it fits my other cars. I may pick up a safe jack pinch weld frame pad later on.
