Non-licensed and non-insured drivers are becoming a bigger problem. I don't know why the courts think suspending someones license means they will stop driving. No license, no insurance, stolen car should have automatic, immediate jail. Try to bring some safety to our streets.

Agreed! Same as DUI/DWI. This fool should have NOT been allowed to be operating a vehicle. This was NOT merely an accident

I swear since I got my truck that more people have narrowly missed me than has happened in years. I’m probably hypersensitive to this just because totaling this vehicle means that I am out of a replacement since their aren’t any.

Insurance is almost worthless as far as a replacement goes for these.

And yes, people are getting angrier and a more aggressive by the day it seems. They certainly are more reckless than they ever used to be.

Sorry to see it, man. I'm honestly just counting the days until this happens to me as well. The area I live in (population, crime, undocumented immigrants), is primed for this kind of thing.

I'm so sorry about your Maverick but I'm glad that you weren't hurt. Smart move on the dash cam. This was one of my first mods to my Tremor was to install a 4K front & rear dash cam. With the increase in traffic accidents & irresponsible drivers claiming not at fault, this is the best way to protect yourself from being a victim of frivolous claims. Hoping you get another Maverick soon. Best wishes

Blew through a steady read signal after it was red for approximately 10 seconds (verified by my dash cam) and had the balls to tell my insurance he had a yellow light. Quickly refuted with video. Waited almost 1.5 years for the truck and now this...Uggggggggh. Got banged up pretty good too but no hospital.

Gosh I feel bad for this guy. Another Maverick down. As long as everyone was not injured or hurt that’s all that matters. As for the non licensed no insurance driver they should hit ‘em with a big fine.

It happens here in Hawaii a lot! They now have cameras on the lights!!!!
