Do you fold down your back seats, got pics ?

Anyone have pics or can take some of the back seats folded down ?



Instead of putting stuff on the rear seats or floor I plan to just keep my back seats down. If needed I will remove the headests too.

My mav is going to be a grocery getter and I will probably never have passengers in the back seat.

Are you asking if the seat backs fold flat? I don't think they do.

The seat has a nice latch to keep the bottom up. Lots of tools fit in there.

Exactly !! I actually have 4 of them (2 from ford and 2 from amazon). Fill em up with grocery bags and close the bed cover. Nothing spills, turns over, etc. Mine are wider than your pics though. Makes for easy loading and unloading of groceries, etc.

I am still waiting for my truck, but I was planning on putting a 2x6 across the back where the indentations are and then throwing a few Rubbermade totes in there. I park in a two door garage that has a wall built down the middle so using the rear for storage means easier access when parked.

The rear headrests pop right out, however the rear seat back does not come close to folding down flat...

I realize the seat backs won't fold flat, which is ok for me.

I will utilize the bed with a divider or cargo net for somethings but....

I am looking to haul groceries in the climate controlled back seat for a long distance... more than 2 hours.

I just set the grocery bags on the seat. Not a problem. I do have a cover over the seat for my dog, so in the remote possibility of leakage that will keep the seats safe from damage or stains.

Those dog covers are fantastic. I don't have a dog, but I have a cover for when I go camping. I can stack all my crap on top of it and not worry about the seats getting damaged.

I just throw everything in the bed, i like to keep the cab pretty spotless.( I have no kids and no pets) As long as you aren't taking turns too fast nothing happens. Of course you put things like eggs in the cab though.

A large cooler and dry ice or regular ice in the bed? That is probably what i would do if going on a camping trip. But that probably wouldn't work if you are feeding an army. Depending where you are you'd probably have to worry about people stealing your cooler.
