Today is a good day!!!

Last weekend, I was concerned my Tremor wouldn't get scheduled this year, so I test drove a CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid AWD. Four days later, and I got my scheduling email. Glad I didn't buy the Honda or any of the local Mavericks with $10K markup!

Just checked with Ford Chat. No luck for me However there was something different in they're reply.
Thank you! It looks like your order is Unscheduled/Clean and there is no ETA on when production will begin at this time, and there currently is not yet a VIN assigned to your order. However, it has been given the clear to start production when the next production week becomes available. Has anyone else seen the "However" response and do you think it actually means anything?

Sadly, no, they use that (misleading, in my opinion) line frequently as well.

I have a feeling I'm not getting scheduled today, or possibly at all, mainly because I chose the wrong dealership that doesn't get many allocations.

If there were a viable alternative to the Maverick out there, I'd have taken it already. This Ford system is terrible.

Off the charts. My optimistic numbers put the highest VIN at 70000 at the end of July. However, I was conservative with the third shift. So, that might be the difference. If the third shift is directly proportional, then I have 71785 as highest projected VIN through end of July.
