Out-the-door price was $26,068
I had the cash to pay in full but with the 0% offer I financed $18,000 at the 0% and put down $8,068 from the $16,543 I got from selling my 2015 Honda Fit Ex to Carvana.
I have made 16 payments of $500 with 20 more to go.
The excess cash is sitting in a CitiBank MM account earning 4%

I am a "no debt" kinda guy. That big roll of cash in the bank was driving me crazy until a much more financially astute friend explained that Ford was taking the hit on that money due to inflation, not me.
"Dude, your $23,000 is already spent. Think of it that way. It's worth less than $23K to Ford because inflation is killing them."....
The dim bulb lit up in my head and I smiled.

I will have to do to some more homework then compare to what Ford Credit offers before getting a pre-approval. I expect a late June to July delivery of my truck.

Got 4.99% through Ford last Saturday on the wife's Bronco Sport. Picking up my Maverick in about 3 hours so I'll likely get the same for it.

I never found any incentive offers on the sport other than $1,000 off for retail orders. Maybe there was one out there that I didn't find and they applied it. I don't know for sure to be honest. The one I bought February 1st I got 2.9% for 60 months.
Will be interesting to see what they end up doing on the Maverick, but I’m fairly sure that 4.9% is an incentive on the Bronco Sports as that is what comes up when you look on the ford website for incentives and it says it is good from April to early July.
Can you also let us know what your credit score is around?

4.9% for 60 mo through Ford Credit applies to eligible models only, which Maverick is not. Best to come to the dealer prepared with outside pre-approvals as the dealer may quote you a much higher rate this time around...
Got 5% even through my local credit union. 800+ credit score. Dealer quoted me at 8% and I had a good laugh. He said he couldn't even get remotely close to 5% on a Maverick. As to not anger myself I didn't remind him about the Bronco Sport promotion, nor the 2 and 3% they're offering on fullsize trucks. I just did the credit union thing.
