My order disappeared from Ford account dashboard

I check my Ford account dashboard every morning when I get to work. This morning when I checked my Maverick order showed up with just the order number and no VIN number just as it's been for a few months now. But when I checked it just a few minutes ago my Maverick order was gone. Has this happened to anybody? Not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing.

Try in a couple of days. Are you scheduled for production? If not just have patience. If still not showing ask your dealer if Ford can fulfill your hybrid order.

I'm not scheduled (That I know of). As I said no VIN number. Not a hybrid. It's just strange that my order has disappeared from the dashboard.

I’m sure it’ll be back up with updates to your order. After reading this thread I just logged in today and they updated the status to scheduled build week for the 25th of this month.

I too logged into my FORD account today and found something had changed since I had had last checked a week ago. Last week I had a four digit order number and as far as I know, it had been there since my Sept '22 order was placed. Now my four digit order number is gone and I have a ten digit member ID # and the comment below is in bold above my member ID.

I don't think anyone can draw any conclusions as to whether or not your order showing up under your Ford account really means anything, right? It's not like it's a hint your order is about to be scheduled.

The order # with ford was a 4 digit #. Not the same as my dealership order #.
