Seeing more Mavericks on the road?

I’ve noticed an uptick in the number of Mavericks I see on the road in my travels back and forth to Baltimore, including 3 commercial outfits. (One construction contractor and two landscapers). Someone up in town near me has a blue AWD ecoboost parked in their driveway now too.

They were pretty rare around here for a while. How about you?

Yes, there is an increase all over. I live in a small town of 5,000 and there are 3 or 4 here. I travel a lot in my Motor Home and used to rarely see one, now quite a few are on road. Maybe our country is getting smarter after all. Only wish Ford could get smart enough to keep up with the demand. Oh well, life has its ups and downs.

Before I got mine, I'd only seen one on the road -- and I never saw that one a second time. I know from the forums another person in my town has one just because the dude posts here... not because I've ever seen it with my actual eyes.

So, at least here in Northwestern Wisconsin, not that common yet.

I left work yesterday and an ALto Blue XLT Eco was parked next to mine. That was a first. I do average seeing at least one a day while I am at work (driving around) one day I saw four different Mavericks.

Idaho has long been the under the radar hot bed for Maverick sightings . I’ve seen them nearly every day for the last year. Was at Lithia Ford in Boise a couple weeks ago and they had 5 on the lot (2 sold, 3 available)

Went with my daughter to Northern Michigan this week. Didn't see one until the drive home and saw 4 of them. One got on the highway ahead of me.

When I was home yesterday an awd passed me after I had passed him off a light.

The offset license plate is an easy giveaway.

Oddly enough, in the 5 weeks since I took delivery, I've only spotted one more out on the road! I had previously seen and spoken to a guy who lives somewhere near me a couple of times and saw about four others.

For a long time, I had seen more Santa Cruz on the road than I did Mavericks. However, lately, that has changed and I'm starting to see more and more Mavericks. Not too many still, but definitely more.

Just got back to Green Valley Arizona last weekend and I saw my first dirty Ford Maverick yesterday at the supermarket. It was a Cactus Grey. I'll admit, when that color looses its shine becuase it's dirty... it doesn't look that great... Definitely a color you need to stay on top of to keep clean.

You Maverick folks in Texas, when I spot you half a mile away and am blinking my brights and waving like a maniac, could ya at least be Texas polite and give me a quick blip of the lights, maybe a wave? Heck, flip me off, I would settle for that.
