So the Tremor Skid plate is different from the FX4. The FX4 has a opening to bring air to the air cooled PTU. The Tremor has a water cooled PTU and so no opening is needed. Besides that it looks like the mounting points are the same.

Here are some photos of the Tremor skid-plate.

And they still couldn't make an access hole for the oil filter and drain plug to make things easier for us when changing the oil.

The bronco sport has aftermarket skid plate options that add oil access. I hope it comes to the maverick. I wonder if a bronco sport skid could be made to work?

and then if they did, and you caught that hole on a rock wheelin', you would complain they put a hole in the skid plate.

I’m more upset by the placement of the filter than this bit 😂

I am hoping someone does an oil change video on a tremor before it is time for me to do one.

I will check once I know where the gas take is. The fiber panels look like the evap system is under one and nothing is under the other.

The bronco sport for the badlands get multiple skid plates and one of them is under a fiber splash shield for aerodynamics.

The weather is bad today but once it is better I will go hunting for more skid-plates or lack of them.

Yes. The skid plate may not even have the filter fully over it. This could be a very messy oil change. I really hope I am not the first to do a Tremor oil change. Post photos and video if you do.

I dont know if the hybrid would fit it. I have never seen a Hybrid in person.

I could take more photos for you and measure the spacing of the mounting holes, and you could do the same with your Hybrid. Maybe it would fit. You don't have a PTU to cool so you don't need the FX4 vent that is on the fx4 skid plate. But I would guess an FX4 skid would be easier to find.

The Tremor Skid has 6 bolts holding it in place and 4 torx screws along the front. Is that anything like what the hybrid has?

Are you trying to be desperate for relevance tossing out straws or are you joking?

Nope, 2.5L has 15 T30 bolts holding up the floppy shield.
