Front brakes were making a horrible screeching noise after sitting for roughly 2 hours. It would go away after the first couple of stops, but it was bad enough to have it looked at. Tech replaced front rotors and pads with a revised brake pad. (New part number). Now its a different noise and its pretty much constant. Sounds like terrible feedback from a microphone, and its all the time now. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Maverick noise concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

I have A 2023 XLT FX4 with 3000 miles on it making a similar noice before a couple of stops. I was getting ready to jack it up and look for something loose. Please keep us informed about how this turns out.

The new brake pads they installed were the dirtiest pads I've ever seen. Had to wash the front wheels every single evening. Finally decided to give up on Ford warranty on the brakes and bought some Adaptive One pads from Napa. All problems solved.
