I had this exact situation happen last winter too. I posted a pic and was basically told by some on here that its my fault for driving in such conditions.
The new brake pads they installed were the dirtiest pads I've ever seen. Had to wash the front wheels every single evening. Finally decided to give up on Ford warranty on the brakes and bought some Adaptive One pads from Napa. All problems solved.
No. I don’t know why it won’t open now. I just attached it again. This was after pulling over twice on my way home from work to clean the front end off. Again, maybe not a design flaw, more of an unpleasant side effect of the design. Maybe other vehicles also have this happen, I’ve never had it...
Never mind. My point was that in my over 30 years of driving and probably at least twice that many vehicles in that time, many different makes and models, never have I had one cake up like this in the front.
I feel like this is kinda dangerous to not be able to see in this weather, and other drivers not able to see me. Need some form of heat like the halogen bulbs produce to prevent this.
Front brakes were making a horrible screeching noise after sitting for roughly 2 hours. It would go away after the first couple of stops, but it was bad enough to have it looked at. Tech replaced front rotors and pads with a revised brake pad. (New part number). Now its a different noise and its...
Defective unit is what all signs point to. Phone always works fine with my other vehicles. (bluetooth, not cable) Camera worked fine for about the first 5k miles or so.
Come on Ford.... How many years have you had to make a system that actually works reliably? Why, in 2022, does it disconnect from my phone every time I drive? This is not an exaggeration. It happens every day. Random place, random time. Screen works most of the time. Volume knob randomly does...
Mine is making a terrible noise when I back out of the driveway in the morning. Like, extremely unacceptable noise. Started doing it when the weather got colder.
