As I patiently wait for the arrival of my Area 51 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat 2.0L (currently, in production), I am pondering accessories and upgrades. My first project will be to install turn signal lights in the fender vents. The second will be a dual exhaust system (with dual exits). My question is, for those who may have inquired, will this dual exhaust system void the Ford Factory Warranty?

You will never get a straight answer on this site about this subject. You'll get someone who already bolted a supercharger on their engine telling you to have at it, and you'll get people like me who won't even hang an air freshener in their vehicle for fear of voiding warranty telling you not to do it.

This is correct.

The FACT is that about the only thing that voids a factory warranty is the vehicle being declared a total loss in a flood or accident.
When you hear that adding a supercharger does not void your warranty, that is true. But know that when you melt a piston Ford is not going to pay your warranty claim. Your modifications CAUSED the failure, not poor design, not a manufacturers defect. This is how you must look at anything added or modified on your vehicle. If your power seat quits working in your supercharged Maverick, that is still under warranty and would be fixed under warranty. So be careful with anything that downloads a tune into your vehicle to change performance. Ford CAN look into the computer and tell if there has been any files changed....even if you put it back to stock tune.
Cat-back exhaust seems to not worry Ford as long as there are not other power adding changes made for instance. But add headers and delete cats and you might be on your own for engine and transmission issues. I recommend to ALWAYS put stock exhaust back on when taking it to the dealer regardless.

It comes down to if the tech writing the future repair thinks your modifications caused the problem. If you put on intercooler, corsair turbo, and NO2, but go in for warranty repair on shocks, you are probably fine. If you put in new air intake and later bring it in due to muffler rusting out, you are probably fine. If you add HP and break a CV, probably not fine.

Edit: whoops, looks like guy just before me said pretty much the same thing, a little better. :)

It's not that you can't get a straight answer, is that there is no straight answer. As others have said, making modifications to your vehicle does not in and of itself void the warranty. But if the modification causes the issue, or the technicians have a reasonable reason to think it did, they're not going to process a claim for that issue. So if the op modifies the exhaust, and later there's an emission issue it's probably not going to be covered. But a problem with the radio isn't going to be an issue.

I know people who got Roush Performance word done that ended up violating the warranty. Any modifacations that is deemed to damage the vehicle causing a warranty claim will void it.

This is correct.
When it comes to messing with warranty issues I am remended of an incident there was at work many years ago. A customer was threating to sue the bank of what he said was an error in the deposit at the drop box at the ATYM. The guy got realhuffy with the exec VP. He walked up and looked att he guy right in the face and blew smoke in his face. He said this is a 7 Billion dollar bank, how lonmg can you pay your attorneys? Meaning to fight for on warranty work out side of what they have to do is a loosing issue.

Anytime I have had a possible warranty issue that could possibly be denied due to modifications, I usually just make sure to communicate with the serv mgr that I will take care of him, and if he is not interested, no hard feelings and I go to a different dealer.

What do you ask them, "if I do this thing that breaks my truck will you fix it anyway?" If your mod didn't effect the issue they have to honor it. Not sure what your point is.

So you walk right up to the service manager and offer him a bribe?

Really? I gotta spell it out for you? Think: "hey man, I know it's up to you if you want to approve this warranty repair on my modded engine or not, and I think it is within your rights to decline it. But if you are ok with taking this $200 and approving it, lets do it. If not, no hard feelings at all." But not in such explicit words.

I mean, I don't walk up and say "Hey can I bribe you?" LOL. But sure, I won't argue that it is not a bribe.
