This is my problem - 1.8 and stuck there on 0% - so annoying and I just gave up. I will try the master reset, I haven't tried that. Thanks for this post bud.

The vehicle has to be running to perform the update? I hope this isn't true.

No big deal in hybrid. Place it in ready mode turn lights and heater off, in park. Ice will come on to put charge into HVB 3-7 minutes every 15-45 minutes depending on how much charge needs to be put into 12v battery. Walla update plus maybe top off 12v battery (probably good idea every three months just to insure 12v is fully charged periodically if you do not use battery maintainer).

Radio presets and BT connections will be wiped.

You need to be connected to a strong wi-fi signal. It will take several minutes to actually start downloading.

did you read the thread and see a screen shot of 2.1? You are at 1.9, so I would guess, you are not up to date.

I am just not going to bother anymore - dealer issue now. They have so much to do for my first service bahaha. radio, deep sleep mode on 24/7, airbags, brake grabbing issue, and other ones I am forgetting.

It takes it back to factory settings, idk what it fixes it just worked for me for both updates I have done.
