I was just looking at the site yesterday and there was still no option to use your points. If I logged into my account though it showed I still had my 42000 points from buying my Tremor. So they must have updated the site overnight. Hopefully the missing points is just a bug and they will get it worked out.

Noted but I don't need the keypad anytime soon and I have no reason not to wait for the extra 5% that they regularly run. Maybe I'm just cheap but to me an extra $5.75 off is a big deal.

Anyone else get an email this morning saying you can now use your points at Accessories.Ford.com but when I click the link and go to the site it now says I have no points.

I chatted with a Ford customer service associate about this issue and their response was

I understand, and do apologize for the inconvenience, at this time we have been informed Ford Pass roll out is not complete, as errors are being reported. At this time Ford pass can only be redeemed through a dealer.

I can't seem to use points after applying the 15% coupon? Was anybody able to checkout using both the coupon and points?

Ford chat confirmed you cannot combine the coupon with points. Once you enter the coupon the point option disappears. Probably better to use points for service and cash for accessories with that in mind.

Could not redeem my points online via pc. Tried many times and kept asking me to join Ford Pass Rewards, which I was. Finally I tried cellphone app and transaction went thru without issue. Got a floor liner set, with code came to $157.25. So only paid $8 for shipping.
