Time It Took To Get My Maverick Club.

For me it was 442 days from order confirmation (11/12/2021) to picking it up at the dealer last Friday (1/27/23). It was a hard long wait but so far the truck has exceeded my expectations!

Things are getting interesting. Just confirmed through the sales manager at my dealership that my Maverick's actual production date was the 12th of Jan. It was released for shipping Jan 30th. The ETA is Feb 15th. However, he did mention that there is a "bottleneck" at the Phoenix, AZ rail yard which could delay the ETA. The 15th of Feb will be 495 days from the time of my original order MY22. So I'm looking at the possibility of moving from the "400 Club" over into the "500 Club". What is interesting is the delay from the built date to the ready for shipping date. I dropped ALL accessories except the 360 packages and kept my order for the hybrid. So there were no off line accessories that could have delayed it. So it must have been sitting in a parking area pending the shipping. So I'm looking at the real possibility of joining the "500 Club". From the ETA date I have five (5) days to get my Maverick before moving into the "500 Club". Wish me luck. No offense to those in that club, but I don't want to join that group. The "400 Club" is bad enough.

I’m in the 460- 470 and counting range today. Tracker told me mine was built today awaiting shipping. So I could possibly be at or near the unthinkable number of 500 days when it finally arrives.
Originally ordered 10/12 /21. There is light at the end of the tunnel and I hope it is a train with my truck on it.

Got another ETA update today. Feb 13-19. If I don't get my Maverick by the 19th, I will become the newest member of the "500 Club". Monday, Feb 20th will be 500 days from the date of my original order (Oct 9, 2021).

My private offer is in and dealer said they are honoring my original price...whew!
9/30/21 order date……crazy how long it took but glad I cancel my order.
Dealer sent me a pic after they washed and detailed it, it’s Beautiful! I can’t wait to bring her home!

There has been quite a variety of days it has taken to get ones order being posted on this forum. I thought it would be interesting to see the average time it takes from the day of order to the day of delivery. So I decided to create a poll to see which "Club" everyone is falling into. Now if you are one of those lucky ones that actually gets your dream Maverick directly from the dealer without actually ordering and waiting, please do not participate in this poll. For the rest of us who participate in this poll, feel free to put down what "Club" you realistically think you will belong to for those still waiting and have a production date or their vehicle is built and you are waiting for delivery. Others who already have their Maverick, easy completion of the poll on how many days it actually took for you to get your Maverick from order date to delivery date. This should be interesting. Those like myself, whose "Club" is pretty sure BUT could change, feel free to change your poll vote if your expected Club does not become a reality. For me I'm at 477 days as of this posting (1/28/23). My vehicle has been built but is waiting to be put on a rail car. I really doubt my vehicle will take more than 23 days to get to me. However that is possible. So my vote will be for the "400 Club". If it slides into the "500 Club" then I will come back to this poll and change to the "500 Club". I certainly hope that doesn't happen. I wonder if there will actually be any members of the "500 Club". I hope not. So lets see now what "Club" you are in????

I'm in the 400s club. My Maverick was shipped Friday and got to Chicago on Monday where it's sitting in a yard waiting for a truck. 25 miles away. But tomorrow night I'm going to have a drink with the Fordvideoguy Tim Bartz who's up here at the Chicago Auto Show.

For my XLT hybrid, I am estimating about 490 days, so I'm not voting yet. But... is these any way you can create separate polls or colors for hybrids and ecoboosts as they will be different populations?

What! Are you trying to separate us? We're all one people here. Just joking, I'm a hybrid.

Just crossed 500 days yesterday, and this morning got the call from my dealer that my Maverick finally arrived.

I pick it up Saturday.
