Someones special order is out on the lot. Maybe they did not want it? Let's see if they'll let me take mine today. They have had it since Friday.

Wow! All that add-on stuff is what they call rip-offski in Poland. None of it is needed and the other add on is just pure greed. It should sit there and just rust away. Go to another dealer unless you have so much money that you don't care about giving it away to that shyster dealer.

Um, ok...I'm going to need compensation for reading their ADM.

I placed a special order with this dealer and they have had the truck for a few days. Hoping to get it for MSRP like I ordered it

Good luck! Hopefully a canceled order and not someone else's truck they tried to screw over...

Took it home. Seems to have worked out. They might have added a bs fee or so for a few bucks: I would have to look up every fee to know. So basically I paid MSRP.

I posted the sticker from one on the lot. My stripped XL was cheaper and was MSRP plus tax and license

Some people that ordered a Maverick decide to cancel their orders for several reasons.

1. The wait was too long.
2. They didn’t qualify for financing.
3. The Maverick wasn’t what they expected and didn’t meet their needs.
4. Their financial situation may have changed.
5. Interest rates are too high now.

Whatever the reason, if they don’t take delivery, the dealership can add anything they want to any vehicles they sell. I bought a ā€˜22 hybrid Lariat, lux, moonroof, rear electric sliding window, CP360, and SIBL that a customer didn’t take delivery on. The dealership added ceramic tinted glass, clear door protectors, and a 10 year, 100,000 mile power train warranty, and paint protection to it. I traded in a ā€˜22 hybrid XLT with lux, and negotiated a fair deal. They wouldn’t remove the price of the $1200 add ons, but they did lower the price of it. Add ons and extended warranties are a big profit maker for the dealers. There’s negotiating room in it.
