Ford Maverick RokBlokz Mud Flaps Installed on Cactus Gray XLT FX4 RokBlokz Passenger Rear Quarter.JPG

Decided to go with the RokBlokz mud flaps for my truck, for various reasons:

1. Better overall coverage/larger size than Ford splash guards.
2. More duable than Ford splash guards.
3. Better looking than Ford splash guards.
4. No chance of paint rubbing as on Ford splash guards.
5. Made specifically for the Maverick and easy installation with no drilling required, which makes them superior to other "universal" mud flap options IMO.
6. Best looking overall option on available for Maverick, with many color choices for both flaps and logo for added customization.

That said, I went with basic black/black for my build, since the Cactus Gray and basic black is the color combo I want to stick with for keeping everything clean and tight.

Install was easy as advertised. RokBlokz has a nice instructional video you can watch, and once you do, you should be able to install your set of mud flaps in less than 30 minutes. It's literally three screws per wheel well.

Very happy with the overall size of the flaps. They provide enough "overhang" coverage on both the inside and outside to completely cover my Cooper Discoverer AT 245/65/17 tires. This is great protection for the sides of the truck and the underside too. This is particularly important on the driver's side rear, where it it very easy for the tire to fling mud/salt/etc up into tailgate light housing, bed frame, rocker panel, etc.

My only complaint is that they don't pain the stainless steel screws black. I'll have to hit them with some matte black paint myself. Other than that, I am very satisfied. Many people ding RokBlokz over the $149 price, but to me it's the best option and I'd rather just bite the bullet once and be done with it.

P.S. Here is the RokBlokz product page for those who may be interested. Also, I waited for the Black Friday sale and had got these at like 10-15% off. So, if you aren't in a rush, it can pay to just wait for them to run a promo before you order. Follow their Facebook page for announcements about sale codes.

I have them as well and like them. Easy install and good looking. My screws were all painted black.

We’re “Rok-ing” a similar vibe 😀. Only gripe with mine is that for the cost the hardware should be black and the screw heads could be a little bigger

Need to remember to pick me up some of these when I get a chance, I feel bad for whatever rocks come flying out from my tires at other vehicles behind me after hitting the trails a bit and then hopping on the highway

I will concede and get these against everything I’ve done for 20+ years.
i debadge as much as I can on all my vehicles, even blackout the north face label on my coat and the Nike bird drop on the shoes. I despise advertising, if I could take the ford blue oval off and fill in the tailgate letters I would.
But, looking long and far I am giving in for these as best option I see all around. The Gaterback is better quality, however deleting the damn stainless plack leaves an area that looks quite stupid.
Just ordered a set ;)

That's why I got the black logo. Honestly you really don't even see it unless you are close up and the sun is hitting the mud flap directly.

I've had these on my truck for almost 10 months now and they do their jobs and still look great. Worthwhile investment to this point!

I made my "hot rods" a "sleeper" by having them look fairly "bland", but for our white Maverick we decided to have it have subtle differences from any other white Maverick, and is why we did the body side stripes and raised white letter tires and went with black Rock Blokz to blend with the black cladding but a red badge to "blend" with the red of the tail lights and cab light.

I’m glad to read all these as I ordered some the other day for my truck. The first day I had it, I smashed into a huge patch of muddy water, sloshed all over the sides of my truck.

The black/black look great. Does anybody happen to have a current valid discount code?

For today, you can pay $149 and not have any issue choosing color or any detail! For that price it is a steal.

I think there’s only black and white logo ones in stock. Was considering gray, but will probably buy black.
