Incentives and private offer for rollover VIN 2022

If I had a MY2022 scheduled and had a VIN and it got pushed to MY2023. Are the incentives and private offers the same as those who were unscheduled MY2022?

My understanding is yes, other than you are supposed to have higher priority for production.

Essentially yes...but there are NO incentives for either group, only the PO of $1750 or $2750, which is the same for both groups.

my rollover over hybrid was delivered late last month.
I didn’t get the $2750 private offer.
I called Ford, they blame the dealer and the dealer blames Ford.
So, what do you do?

More than one person here has had that issue. When I heard that, I started making sure all was in order in December, once I had a build date...and my dealer emailed me a copy of my certificate. The Dealer can address it with his "Inventory Specialist" at Ford and fix it...but if it is already delivered, the dealer has no incentive to work for you.

I have two orders and only one private offer. I keep trying to find out if I should be getting two offers (I hope so) but no one seems to know or at least respond.

I don't know. I am leaning towards thinking "no" (unfortunately). I've never seen multiple certificate numbers for 1 person on the same incentive before. I may be wrong here. No where in the memo from Ford is this issue addressed.
Did you order 2 from the same dealer? Your dealer checking with the sales/inventory rep is probably the best source of info about this.

If your dealer won't help, Tim might know who to ask about this. I see you've tagged him elsewhere.

I do think you asked somewhere if it mattered which Mav the private offer was applied to. And I don't think so. As long as you have a cert # linked to your address, that should be good on any 23 Maverick. That should be easy for your dealer to confirm on smartvincent.

From what my dealer sent me, it looks like there were several ways to look it up. He entered my name and address and came up with the cert (below this part)

I assume that is because the certificate was generated for the rollover, because the order cancellation became an issue.

The dealer can look up the certificate number using your name and address. W/the VIN, the dealer can confirm if the certificate is eligible for that vehicle. I assume you have a VIN for the cancelled 22 hybrid, but the cert from the unscheduled rollover. The dealer should be able to look that up and confirm compatibility of the private offer on that VIN.

I'd still want one of the dealers (the one whose order is not showing a private offer) to make contact w/ Ford and see if you should be getting a 2nd cert #.

Yeah, I'm going to try with the local dealer. That's the canceled one and I have a new VIN and is in production now. I'll have to go down there this weekend because everytime I try and get him to make changes through text he just says "I tried but I can't do it." At least if its in person he has to actually try.
