Good morning,
Am I the only one in this situation? Ford mentioned in the first general email that they will email me every 45 days, well 45 days has passed since the last one and I haven't received any new emails. Their online tracking link that they previously sent me with the order also doesn't work. I called customer service, and they can see my order in still in prescheduling. The representative mentioned that the email with 45 days was a general one and went to all the orders. Still doesn't explain why they haven't followed up like promised. She also said that the tracking will not work until I actually get a VIN number. Why was the tracking sent in the first place then. Getting tired of all this bs...feels very unprofessional.
