Is anyone else unable to obtain tracking updates when calling CSX and UP? Apparently, mine shipped over two weeks ago, but when I call and input the rail car number it never produces any hits. My dealer hasn't been able to offer any other means or help with tracking the car. Does anyone have an "in" with Ford or these rail companies to help me get some info? I'm perhaps willing to compensate for your help if so... I sold my car privately already so I'm commuting via bicycle for now, but if this Mav is delayed or is going to be held up somewhere for a while, I need to plan accordingly
