Any one else watch Tim Bartz latest video? He shows where you can look up the Private Offers associated with your name. I had mine looked up and it doesn't show a hybrid offer. I ordered xlt hybrid October 21 2021. It was never scheduled so on September 15 2022 I had my sales rep reorder a xl hybrid. He didn't use the same Sales code....I don't know if that matters?...The Sept 15 order got pulled for production. Anyone else finding that the private offer has been way more complicated than it should be.

In the memo to dealers about the private offer, there is info on who to contact if the private offer isn't showing up for a customer...... Your dealership should try that.

In the memo to dealers about the private offer, there is info on who to contact if the private offer isn't showing up for a customer...... Your dealership should try that.
Do you have this memo. Cause my dealer can't seems to get this to work.

Here's the relevant bit:

If you believe your customer should have been included in this private offer, and did not receive a certificate, please contact your Sales ad Inventory Specialist. We will need the required customer information (Customer Name, Address, Order Number, ROVP verification) and we will confirm eligibility and add the customer to the list.

When they looked it up did they spell your name EXACTLY like it was on the ORIGINAL order (even if it was misspelled including upper and lower case letters and possibly two spaces instead of one between names, or possibly last name first, first name last if that reversal happened)? I suspect your 2023 order was placed as a separate NEW 2023 order and made no reference to your 2022 order and possibly even cancelled your 2022 order. In any case apparently your 2022 order never met the qualification to receive A private offer????

Hopefully you can straighten it out. Who knows maybe program written such that the eco boost private offer was applied first and that prevented the hybrid private offer being automatic?

The email updates depend on the email address entered in WBDO.

The private offer is dependent on ROVP/COVP being completed properly:

Customer must have an unscheduled 22MY retail order that was enrolled and approved in Maverick’s COVP Lead to Order Program prior to the previously-communicated cut-off date of 11/17/2021 for Maverick Hybrid orders and 2/2/2022 for Maverick EcoBoost Gas orders in order to qualify for the private offer.

It should not be this complicated. I will get it it. I'm not just letting 2750 go.

Not yet. I am still going through all avenues. I had a rep from ford executive call me but like every one else they said that department is off till after the first. 3 months of no answers on a simple logical paper trail. I will keep at it. I suggest you reply and include this. @Ford Motor Company .
