Can’t Access FordPass Connectivity Settings

I’m making this post to track my issue in case someone else gets it. It started after I got my hybrid 12v wiring harness replaced a few months ago but I’m only acting on this issue now since I want the app working for remote start on cold mornings. I can use my key fob, but the app has some nice extra conveniences.

I can’t access the FordPass Connectivity settings menu in my truck. It gives me this error. I can no longer connect to the vehicle with the FordPass app like I used to.

My first call with Tech support a while ago and todays second call didn’t help. This included removing my vehicle from my account, a master reset process, getting bounced between a few agents, some better than others. Gotta hit up the dealer now. One great support rep (Lisa I think) said there is a noted service report “SSM 51131” (Special Service Message?) that may be relevant. If anyone knows more please let me know.

Oddly, before the master reset, I could still see an indicator for cell phone bars in the corner of the screen. After the master reset, there are no bars, and my ESN is also blank now:

I'm not sure how to help you with that. Mine is working fine. I'm guessing something with them disconnecting the battery. Best thing to do is take it back to them and show them what it's doing. Yes we are at 25° in Wisconsin I used my key fob to remote start tonight.
