My salesperson was supposed to place it when the order banks opened on the 15th but I never heard anything so I went to the dealer. Salesperson was not working that day and the sales manager told me the order banks for Maverick were not open yet. I may have gotten slightly excited and rude when I told him they opened yesterday. After I calmed down, he carefully placed my order and told me I was the first Maverick '23 order placed. Got the confirmation 20 minutes later and the COVP 3 days later.
Which might be why I got scheduled. If they had any allocations I was first in line. Sometimes it works out..................

And yeah, tow hitch. Nearly everything except bed liner and cover. Dealer will do those on delivery.

Sounds exactly like my order that went in on the morning of the 16th....

I have seen this Farm Bureau mentioned before, BUT has anyone done it after they placed there order? I mean everyone here has already placed there 2023 order back in Sept. . Can they then say to dealer Hey I have this Farm Bureau thing which I assume has a date of joining on it which is AFTER i placed my order can I get the 500 off? Seems like you would get denied BUT if someone has done it I would like to know.

It doesn't matter when you place your order. The coupon is just a number code that they enter into Smart Vincent at the time of the actual purchase when your truck is delivered. If your truck is not scheduled for production, then you have time to join and get the coupon.

I placed my order for XLT, 4k tow, drop in liner on Sept 28. My dealer tells me it's a priority 10. I'm not counting on anything for 6 months. Does that sound about right?

Probably. Don’t see why your wait times in canada would be much different than the us.

Your order ( Priority 19) is moving through the system, as a carry over order we have been told it will have priority over the orders that were newly placed in 23.

When I rolled over and placed my order for the 23, I dropped the spray in bedliner to do a ziebart aftermarket. That may have helped me bump up in line.

I didn't think you could get a VIN without being scheduled? So you are scheduled, maybe? Have you tried the VIN tracker?

I agree it is totally weird that I got scheduled and older orders are still pending but 'scheduled' might not mean all that much, lots of people have been 'scheduled' and repeatedly pushed back. Scheduled just means the order is in the queue and they are trying to assemble parts for it. When that actually happens? Who knows.

At lease you have got some information, so far I have not heard a word from Ford or the dealership, all I have is a receipt for my one grand deposit.

Just got the same email. Honestly did not expect anything for 6 months at least. Kinda excited but I'm sure the rollercoaster has a few dips in it yet...........
