Thanks for the reply friend. Good thing I ordered my 2023 Lariat Lux BAP in that color then, I would not want to be second fiddle to all of those Area 51 drivers :) thanks man, the one chili red mav I saw seemed to be more orange tinted than yours. Awesome truck!

It’s very orange in person
Pictures do not do it justice

Played around with the truck yesterday
Messed with the coilovers a little bit
I was at the dealer last week and my service advisor asked when I was going to do something with the third brake light (since it’s the same as F150)
Then one of the F150 guys hit me up asking if I needed an LED brake light which got me thinking
Decided not to spend the money and just modify my current one
So I tinted the brake light to try to blend into the cab a bit, you know for a cleaner look
Since I have a bed cover the overhead bed lighting doesn’t do anything anyway (plus I plan to add additional lights in the bed)

I’m still just extremely pleased with how the tailgate mods look
Was getting gas and had to take another picture
Ford Maverick volksnuts’ Lariat Maverick build B929E6F0-FD5B-4D44-ABCC-D6D74EE73113

I just don’t understand why a Lariat doesn’t come with a matching tailgate handle
I’m curious how the official blackout badges will look
I suspect they won’t look better than mine

Ok I’m done tooting my own horn

picked it up a little over a week ago (November order)

Hot Pepper Red Lariat Lux FX4
Rolling on Vision Monaco 20x8.5 with 245/45/20 Falkens
Lowered via Scale coilovers (low version)
Lots of little things added (tailgate strut, hood struts, Buschur intake, window tint)
A couple of modifications of note:
Retro fit a/c controls with the temp screens from a 21 Bronco Sport

Red tinted taillights to get rid of that weird clear/chrome section all Mavericks have
Rocking a Raceface tailgate pad since I bought this specifically to carry bikes

There will be many mods to come as I have time and trying to wait on products to be released
I’m not good at fabricating things so I try to not if I can help it
Let’s see if anyone notices what was done in this last pic (and it’s not the removal of the headrests)

Great mods. Very sharp look. I love the gauge change also.

I can't understand it either. Looks great and how it should have came from Ford as a Lariat! Still haven't messed with getting mine sprayed to match, might not at this point with a BAP Lariat on order, I'll have to paint that one though.

@JJC did the Ranger handle without the lock for a shaved look, I may copy that as I think it looks cleaner without the lock, plus I'll never use the physical lock anyways lol.

I think HPR or bronze would have been wicked. The black will certainly look better than the silver though.

Your truck looks great. I can't believe the whole front end has to come off to change out that bar, actually I can. But your dedication has paid off (y)
