Metro-East. 25 miles from the Arch. What was your build date? Mine was 8/30 & I received email that it was shipped on 9/23 & they give me an ETA of 10/22 to 10/28.
Where in IL? I'm in Springfield.
Only update as far as information I hadn’t received from talking to the reps on the Ford chat that I got from the ford marketing rep on the number you referenced was that my maverick still has a primary status of “awaiting shipment”, what I didn’t know was that there was a secondary status on it stating that it had been received by the shipping carrier. Lady that I talked to said that for it to change status to “shipped”, it has to be scanned by the carrier one more time for verification purposes in order to change the status in ford’s system…. That leaves the question of whether the carrier actually did scan it like they were supposed to, or if it’s still sitting in a rail car in Mexico waiting to be shipped, or possibly the third scenario where the carrier in fact did pick it up and shipped it and just didn’t do the last verification scan for ford’s system lolDid Ford Customer Service have any updates for some of you? Welcome to the club! LOL. In all seriousness though, I am hoping we all see our Mavs shipped or delivered soon.Hey! looks like a party around here! LOL![]()
Interesting! Thanks for the info. Way back by like Labor Day, that thought kind of crossed my mind. Like, "what if someone forgot to scan something?" I'd find that a low chance, but I guess the chance isn't zero!Only update as far as information I hadn’t received from talking to the reps on the Ford chat that I got from the ford marketing rep on the number you referenced was that my maverick still has a primary status of “awaiting shipment”, what I didn’t know was that there was a secondary status on it stating that it had been received by the shipping carrier. I lived in Trenton many years & commuted to St. Louis for 19 years before moving to Springfield. ETA for my Maverick hasn't changed, still 10/22 to 10/28. Going to call my salesman this morning & check if any changes?Metro-East. 25 miles from the Arch.
I would be so tempted to just go look at it.I live in Illinois. Mine is built, off the train and sitting about 30 miles from my house. Slated to be delivered on October 10th...who knows?
Same here too. Built Aug 31st .still in- Awaiting shipping status. Ford chat this morning said new ETA is now Oct 25th - Oct 28th. She had NO idea why the hold up. Said to call customer service. I called CS last week and they didnt know why either. truck is built but awaiting shipping. I have noticed that some people are getting their Mavericks though. I live in Iowa.I have a built date of 8/28. And as we stand today on the 26th of September it seems like it hasn’t yet left the plant. Still waiting to ship. Anybody else having this issue? Why is my maverick sitting on a lot for a whole month?![]()
That makes me sick just reading that. Mine went into production last Friday. I thought that really meant something, but apparently not.Order confirmed 9/9/21. Scheduled for production 5/25/22.
Production delay email #1, production delay email #2, production delay email #3.
Then, a "We're so sorry for the delay, but we'll keep you updated every 45 days or so..." email. 5 days after that, I get a "Your truck is built" email (9/1/22).
The most recent conversation with my dealership still shows no rail car #, and estimated delivery date is 10/25 - 10/31.
You live in California though according to your description. I think the west coast people are getting shipped. Good luck to ya.That makes me sick just reading that. Mine went into production last Friday. I thought that really meant something, but apparently not.
