Did you ever get ahold of your dealer and see if by chance it actually did get shipped and the status just hasn’t changed on the Ford tracker?
Yes sir ! they said "we don't know any more then you do" I just had to pay a car payment I am pissed I am trying to hold on to the value of it but I dont want prices to fall like everyone is saying so Im going to trade it in and maybe buy a used car with no payment while I wait if the deal is good. Now I am pissed off since my truck is sitting for a month in mexico. it is sitting on some odd named plant named "cidu" or some shit like that

No its still on ramp 5s they CS and dealer just gave me the name of the third party shipping it. I just wanna know why mine is not on its way. the dealer and ford CS said no hold and its released. No recalls according to them and me since I checked ! I even checked to come get it myself ! and they said no lmfao
Ok just confused cause the abbreviation they gave me for the plant before was Hermosillo, SON…. Of they gave you another abbreviation like ciud like you stated in another post then the only place I can think of that would be close to that abbreviation would be the juarez/el paso, texas area

Hang in there man, I know it’s hard waiting…. Out of curiosity I chatted with ford CS yesterday and was told my delivery ETA was pushed back to 10/13, I’ve just gotten to the point where it gets here when it gets here and trying to focus on other things to keep my mind off of it
I suspect you are hearing "Ciudad" simply means "city" or "town". It is very difficult to understand the voice on the tracking phone lines.
Thanks man, good news is I got a loaner car and I can trade in my ranger and now I can just chill till it comes ! I was also pushed back ! I did however escalate it up to the CS supervisors and they are looking into it since even they say its odd. They did mention they are working on the ford system (could be BS) but they said sometimes trucks will show shipped then the next day they show up lmfao so who knows! trying to stay positive
