Do all of you guys still have the 4G hotspot? My guess is that's what we're waiting on to get installed in our trucks. Maybe everyone after us that was built could have had theirs shipped so quick because it was deleted from their build.

As far as the last update I was able to get from Ford customer service, there’s nothing holding it there aside from them waiting on the carrier to pick it up, mine has the hot spot, but I was told there were no constraints and that my vehicle wasn’t waiting on any additional chips or anything of that nature…. Literally, mine is just sitting on a shipping ramp (ramp 5S) outside the plant just waiting to be picked up, the same as one other person I know of

It’s all just a guessing game at this point in the process, I’ve kinda just resigned myself to sticking to what my dealer told me and not expecting it to show up till around mid October, but part of me is still at least hoping it gets here a little sooner since unfortunately my dealer seems to not really keep up on where my truck is (last trip in to see them, they didn’t even know my truck had been built)

In the process of checking up on mine too, will be interesting to see what they have to say at least

Anyone else Truck build but been sitting in Mexico over a Month. My build date was July 28. According in to the tracker it’s still “in production” but according to ford chat its “back from the body shop” and the modules are live.

My ETA for the chat says it’s coming September 1 which obviously isn’t right. Dealer says it’s still sitting in Mexico.

Any ideas???

They will update the ETA date once it is loaded on rail and shipped. This coming Friday is the big "if the railroad workers strike" DAY. could be held for other reasons also.

Just got off the chat and while my eta did get moved, they are still projecting a delivery eta of the 18th of this month
