Truck Stuck in Mexico

Anyone else Truck build but been sitting in Mexico over a Month. My build date was July 28. According in to the tracker it’s still “in production” but according to ford chat its “back from the body shop” and the modules are live.

My ETA for the chat says it’s coming September 1 which obviously isn’t right. Dealer says it’s still sitting in Mexico.

Any ideas???

Mine is almost exactly the same situation and dates. Sometimes it's back from the "Body Company", sometimes it's back from the "Body Shop", and sometimes it's on "Chip Hold". I really think they have no idea where it is.
Their system is broken in a big way. Like some others, it may just show up one day, surprising me and the dealer.

I did, however, check Carfax to make sure it hasn't been sold to someone else.

Mine hasn’t been sitting as long, slightly different situation though….. shows mine as being built and have talked with both dealer and ford customer service a couple times who all indicate that there are no holds on it and is just “awaiting shipping” and has been sitting on a ramp outside the plant for a little over a week now with a delivery ETA of 9/12 to 9/18, just a guessing game at this point to when my maverick shows up

I am in the boat with a Ram I ordered last year. Build complete in early July '22, still awaiting an "in transit" date. Dealer keeps saying stuck in Mexico, awaiting shipment.

You and I both man, I’m still slightly amused as to how ford expects to deliver my truck this week though lol

Just curious, did your window sticker now update to having no date on the bottom of it like this?

HEY Yes ! Mine did too that date is gone ? But I am thinking this was a ford site update since I believe that it was just the current date. Also mine was 08 18 22 LOL we were a day apart

That’s what I was thinking as well, but at the same time I just checked this morning as well and the date is still gone and I also heard from 1 other person who was still in production that their date on their sticker was gone as well

Yeah, now that you mention it, I just took a second look at mine and noticed that same white block in that same area

Mine does as well. Looked at an older window sticker that I downloaded and that one doesn't.
