Question about packages listed on Ford tracker

Am a January 10th ECO XLT Lux-FX4 order and had been checking to see order status and got a VIN number and a 10/10 production date when I checked in in with Ford Chat today. Totally surprised! Was expecting the order to be rolled over to a 23 and I would have to resubmit it in mid Sept. After receiving the VIN I went on the Ford order tracker and entered my VIN and order number. It did populate. My question should all the packages on my order be listed there? I see the 300 A XLT and the FX4 packages and the only add on was a full size spare which is also listed. But I do not see the XLT Lux package listed? Should I be concerned or does it show up later when I can see the window sticker? Thanks in advance.

I look using the email link sent confirming I got scheduled. Under Packages I see:

Thanks for your response. I got the VIN number from Ford Chat today. I have never received an email from Ford. The only communication I have ever gotten was from my dealer who hasn't been the most helpful. They respond when I reach out but the information they provide has been minimal. The Forum here tends to know more than the dealer. I am just concerned the Lux package was not populating as I was very adamant that I did not want anything removed from my order. Hopefully it was not removed.?

I would make sure Ford has your correct email. Should be able to confirm that using the Ford support phone line, tends to be better than online chat. Or dealer might be able to check. Some dealers seem to have used their email and not customers.

Got confirmation from FORD chat as well, also a 10/10 build week. Rep stated all info will be on email however I do see all my options on the Ford Tracker, 300A, full size spare, FX4, Sunroof, 400w inverter. One thing I did note is the "4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot removal" I am assuming it was removed due to chip issues.

Sometimes the Luxury Package isn't listed as such in the tracker, but if under the various groups you have luxury package only features then it's there.

Yes, I think you should see it. Here's what my screen looks like when I expand the packages. And I just got my VIN yesterday, so I don't think it takes time to update. Remember, I also changed my color this morning from Hot Pepper Red to Cactus Gray and that already updated on the website.

So to follow up I checked with my dealer. He removed the lux package on my order without my permission. So just want to clarify with the members on the forum before I go ballistic. If I refuse this order any additional 23 order placed is going to be like any new order. No priority or chance to be one of the first built.

That really sucks that he did that! I would be livid!! I would say, No priority because yours didn’t go unscheduled. It would be a new order with no private offer. 🙁

Maybe you can reach out to the Ford Customer number and maybe they point to an appropriate person?
Maybe you can get the order updated and removed from scheduling?

They are removed for all builds. Think they give you like 20 bucks off. Ford pass still works its just a wifi hotspot in your truck. Turning on the wifi hotspot in your phone does the same thing.

That is absolutely ridiculous! And I'll tell you why he did it -- so your order would get scheduled and you'd walk away!

If you do, he can mark the truck up $5k and cash in. Plus he clears your order off the books. That's killing two birds with one stone.

I hate to say this but unless you want to reward the dealer you have to buy the truck at MSRP and then flip it if you don't want it. Or order a 23 the way you want and trade this one when it comes in.

Buy the truck if you are getting msrp or less, go to a different (big) dealer after 23 ordering opens and order what you wanted in the first place. Trade when 23 comes in. You won’t lose money
