WOW.....that really sucks. I can't believe the dealer would do this without asking. They are probably hoping you will pass on it so they can sell it off the lot with ADM added.

Before you go totally ballistic on the dealer and cancel or decline the order PLEASE consider waiting until you can access the Window Sticker on the tracker. Your dealer might be blowing smoke to try and get you to cancel so they can sell it with some ADM.

My XLT has the Lux package and it never showed on the tracker just my Window Sticker!!!

Thanks for your response. I got the VIN number from Ford Chat today. I have never received an email from Ford. The only communication I have ever gotten was from my dealer who hasn't been the most helpful. They respond when I reach out but the information they provide has been minimal. The Forum here tends to know more than the dealer. I am just concerned the Lux package was not populating as I was very adamant that I did not want anything removed from my order. Hopefully it was not removed.?
Once I received my email from Ford, and not chat, my packages showed just as I ordered it. You've waited this long, wait just a tad longer for the tracker to get updated.
Edited to add that I posted this before reading further and finding out your dealer dropped the Lux psckage.
Get the Dora from your dealer to verify he actually did drop the package. Might be mistaken or mixing up your order with another customer.

Appreciate the advice. I agree they could care less about my order they win either way and I get shortchanged. I have a call out to the dealer President. I want to see what the response is. If it’s not sufficient. I am walking away and taking my business elsewhere. That was a real slimy move to do that at the end of the build cycle by them. ###holes.

Got confirmation from FORD chat as well, also a 10/10 build week. Rep stated all info will be on email however I do see all my options on the Ford Tracker, 300A, full size spare, FX4, Sunroof, 400w inverter. One thing I did note is the "4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot removal" I am assuming it was removed due to chip issues.
I think you are right about Wi-Fi hotspot, word out is it's no longer available on the my23 Mavericks. Call Ford Maverick info: 1-800-334-4375 and get a live person to answer all your questions.
