I've had the 12" IPC for about 500 miles now without issues, but have the following DTC's that dont seem to effect anything.

U0100 - Lost Communication WIth ECM/PCM A
U0111 - Lost Communication With Battery Energy Control Module A

Would be great to clear them, just to get rid of it.
The lost communication with ECM/PCM A seems to be related to the Traction control button after more digging on the Ford PTS website. I will be doing a deep dive at the end of august into my DTC's to figure it out. It seems like we might be able to get the traction control button to work after all.

I have to go out of town for work so I have to put my research on hold.

This is where I am getting most of my info and just about anything else you need for any newer Ford.

I been running it for 1500 miles without issues but today it threw device trac , AWD disabled and abs errors all at once. Anyone had this happening after flawless running ?
You need to load your factory as-builts and enable things 1 by 1 to rule out what setting you are turning on incorrectly.

I have done a couple of these clusters in Chicago already and have not had an issue with any of them like yours even after they have gone and changed things in forscan by themselves.

There is also not really anything in ABS you need to change other than drive mode stuff, what other options have you enabled?

So I got my cluster installed, have driving modes and cruise working but when i try to change the fuel sender and mileage to match the original I get "gain security access failed - security key is wrong" and i cant find any info to fix it. The mileage on the digital cluster is lower than the truck.

edit: got it all figured out

Ford Maverick Full digital gauge cluster from Ford Escape swap into Maverick 950D4B19-E75D-431F-8AF5-8C9D5B3B9B83

Was your installed dash lower or higher than your actual mileage, and how did you figure out the mileage concerns?

I have a dash with about 12k miles on it but my truck has less than 2k miles. Any way to fix that except for waiting for the mileage to catch up?

Anyone?

2022 Maverick Lariat, nav with nav repeater/turn by turn enabled in cluster and speed sign recognition. Tried to enable boost Guage like in the F150 eco but it looks like the cluster doesn't support this. Everything else works perfectly!
Anyone with a Mav hybrid looking for an escape hybrid cluster, lmk. I have one...lol started out with it and couldn't get the dash light for the hybrid to go away....so I now have an ecoboost variant cluster. :)

Hybrid Cluster was programmed with my as-built data and mileage so it shows 275.5 Miles. Should be easy to increase mileage with FORSscan to match yours. (Last pic)

From what I’ve read the digital has to be lower so that’s what I bought. You can only go up with the mileage

Yeah but that guy also told XL owners to use Rostra.... He basically just took the info from Jalopnik and changed the words and did no research on his own. So he can pound sand. Poor people splicing wires to have to deal with such an ugly cruise control stalk...
Did you end up getting everything working properly? I’m about tojump into this with my maverick hybrid XLT and I’m curious to know what errors I should expect to not go away. I’ve read through this thread multiple times, but I’m not sure if it’s all been worked out yet?

thanks in advance!

Yeah, everything worked normal and it was awesome. I have since sold my Mav and the dash to another user that's still running it as far as I know

I can't find a digital cluster for less than $1,000. Is this what everyone else is seeing too?

You should check the junkyards. I found three for my hybrid and 3 other ones about a month back through salvage parts. Some have higher mileage, but I have found a few companies that can lower the mileage. My digital dash from a 2020 hybrid ford escape ran me $175 + $150 in mileage reduction and programming.

Great to hear! I wonder, do you have a list or photo of the as-built items that need tweaking?

Also, did you lose trailer sway control options?

You just save your as built from your factory cluster in forscan, and then program that to the new one. The IPC data is saved on the cluster itself. I didn't have the tow package on mine
