So you are saying that if it prevents a single accident where he would have to pay a deductible, he would not have paid for the system? That makes no sense.
It's a 500 dollar gamble... It may save you it may not.

You may never get into an accident without it too.

It's like buying the warranty for the car.

Mind you it's not even the full CO pilot package.

And the insurance companies don't give you a better premium for having this option is what I meant.

Thus the word IF at the beginning of my statement

Had this on my Alfa, didn't realize until owning it, how great it is to have these blind spot and cross traffic rear detection.

I added it after seeing a post on this site. Definitely worth it to me.
It may help my insurance cost like the Alfa and Honda. Which had several safety features similar to the co pilot 360.

Insurance was cheaper on the Honda and Alfa Romeo, both were newer vehicles than my Optima Hybrid. Which lacked any of these safety features.

FYI - I inquired of my Insurance Agent and the Prelim quote dropped my 6 month cost 40%! That was significant enough for me to move ahead with the 1st Edition and 4k tow package... Caveat... the Prelim insurance quote did not include the 4k Tow package...
I will need to check but I think my insurance will be lower too if I get the 360. I have not had a car with this but there is a lot of traffic in my area so it will be nice.
Even if I never need it the lower insurance premium will pay for it in just a few years.

More power to you if they give you a break but they don't up here in NJ at least with geico.

The ones that come standard give you the breaks.

If it saved me any kind of money on insurance I would have got it

I guess it depends on where you live and the policy you have.
One of my cars got a discount because of a car alarm.

The ones that come standard?
I don't understand what that means.
If it came from the factory with it installed. Then if a break exist, you should get it.

Geico for me, has always been over priced.

Get it because you feel safer with it. Just don't expect an insurance break

I hear ya. We shall see.
Last two vehicles, also had that pre collision. Which was a option on the Alfa...not standard equipment.

Can we see the vehicle location like LoJack on the app?
