Just bought my 2022 Ford Maverick and just today I've been getting shocked after pulling the key from the ignition and touching the door to close it.
Also, my A/C went full power without touching it at all.

Anyone else had any of these issues?

So if you take it to dealer, and you let them know the problem
They got to make effort to solve issue.
Do u think they will provide free loaner?

Also experienced the static shock when exiting the vehicle for the first month - but then it goes away. I think it has something to do with the seats being new. Just my guess as to why. But now - being two months in - no more static shocks when exiting Maverick.

After reading Your post I realized I'm not getting zapped anymore also.

As for the A/C, two questions:

1) Is the climate control on instrument cluster screen set to Auto or set to Remember Last Setting? Does the same thing occur if you change that feature on the screen?

2) If not (1), does it happen if you first shut off the fan by pressing the temperature knob before shutting off engine and then switch engine on again with fan still in off mode and/or does it replicate when fan is switched on again?

I get the static shocks, but what I have noticed is that it's only on short trips (10-15 minutes), not after my longer 40 minute commute to work. This leads me to believe it's the seats as well.
