After looking at tonneau cover options for the past two months, I decided on the Bakflip G2. It is the low profile hard folding type like many others, but has some very nice features. The X4s is my favorite roll up bed cover. For various reason we switched to a hard folding design. They extang exceed looks like a great options. Really came down to not wanting a vinyl top on a roll up.

thanks. For the price I could buy 4 instead of one of these. Unfortunately the security isn’t good enough for pricey scuba gear, tools, and luggage. Also, the vinyl might not hold up in Arizona Sun.

For you in Canada the cover probably gets as hard as a solid one. Considering it is frozen 95 percent of the time.

I didn't read every post but want to put my 2 cents.
I got the Ford hard trifold and am very disappointed. Water leaks in when it rains or going through the car wash. I saw a post here that the LOMAX one is water tight. I wish I had known that.

I put a Lomax on 3 days ago. The installation is super simple and although the forward panel doesn't fold up, the whole thing can be removed without tools. We had an all night rain since I put it on and the bed was dry the next morning.

I ordered the Xceed from Xtang so don’t know how well it will work but soon as I get it and install it I’ll chime in.

Installed it on Monday. So far I really like it. Will have to see how much water if any comes in. I like the rubber/vinyl coating on the top. Should be very durable.
