Ford sends out (blanket spam) email -- "An Important Update About Your Order"

Got the same email could it mean that your order isn't being remotely looked up dues to constraints?

I have two on order. XLT Hybrid in July and Lariat Hybrid in September.
I called this week just to see what they say. I was told the XLT would possible be soon. But on the September Lariat order I was told it may possibly end up being a MY23 due to build constraints.
The Maverick team member was super nice on the phone and was as detailed as possible. They looked at my buying history and the number of Fords I currently have so maybe that helped to get some answers.
Either way that is what I didn't want to hear but sorta expected. Two days later got the email everyone else seemed to have received.

No, but we bought ours back in January so it makes sense that we didn't get it.

You guys wanted more information and communication from Ford so it makes a lot of sense that this is how they are going about doing it.

I got the email for my August Hybrid First Edition order but not my August XLT lux hybrid order.

I'm annoyed that the title of the email is "A change in your 2022 Lariat Maverick order"

There is no "change" as far as I can tell

Hi Guys, Just got the email today. The funny thing is I received another email about 2 weeks ago saying it has been shipped and should see it around April 3rd. Orderd it July 12th. Velocity blue with a ton of options. It's been a long wait but I think it will be worth it.

After watching @fordvideoguy discuss very exciting hybrid news during this morning's YT members only lot walk video I am looking forward to the rest of this month's activities at LM. The arrivals, transports, converted retail to stock sales, giveaways, dealer installations. @fordvideoguy and Long McArthur are moving models by the dozens. I won't spoil things for those who want to subscribe for the price of a Starbucks cup of coffee per month so I'll stop here and rest at night knowing Tim, Lonnie and the rest of the team have me and my order covered from start to finish.

Yep, exact same thing. I ordered December of 2021 and haven't heard anything since from my dealer or Ford but then again, I haven't expected to either. My dealer was very upfront with possible wait times and gave me a 5-7 month minimum wait time. The way things are going I just assumed I'd be getting a 2023 model. That being said I'm prepared to wait. I couldn't believe it when I saw the email notification from Ford official, but my balloon was popped rather quickly. The email tells me absolutely nothing, but it's nice to hear from them, I guess?

Yeah I thought the same thing, I saw the email like meh I have been being patient but like you said I guess its better to hear from them than not lol
