Installed Medium Profile cross bars with Ford Accessories hard rollup

Hey all,

thought I’d share my build. This is the hard rollup from ford and Home Depot medium profile cross bars on top of the elevate ts Rails.

I went with velocity blue, but that color is nice too. Wish Ford would have something closer to a powder blue/Carolina blue too.

I want to get the bed rack but wondering if its too short because a have a cargo roof box that i want to use but not sure if it will fit with the lower rack. I think i need to go with the taller rails but not many options other than Angry Elephant and Elevate. that brings me up to $700 to $900 as opposed to this $250 option....

OP, does your roll-up rolls freely at the towers? I had to modify the base plate of my towers to get full clearance at the 2nd tower. Maybe it is because I am using a different cover.

Yes please send pictures because im looking for a rack that i can use my Pro X15 tonneau cover and that will work with the Truxedo 1118414 ELEVATE TS RAILS system that it sits on. Will your rack work on that setup?

I'm crazy about mountain biking. My previous truck was Toyota Hilux. I used to just put the bikes in the back. But then I decided we need something good-looking. I like this setup! And I would like to do the same as I have Ford hard roll up. Do the rails block your view out the back window? I went to look on Home Depot and I couldn’t find these. Do you have a link for this set up?

Blocks the view a little but you can see under, not really an issue for me as long as I can see if someone is tailgating or not and that’s pretty much you get. Here’s the link to the cross bars
