Yakima Bed Mounted Cross Bars Installed

Hi Everyone, I thought I would post some pictures of the Yakima Bed-mounted Cross Bars on my old Maverick. These can be purchased/ordered from Ford, or you can go to RackAttack (or other vendor) to get them. They are sold as a combination of the Yakima BedRock HD tower plus the 68” HD bars. It locks so it cannot be (easily) stolen. Note that these cannot be installed with any tonneau cover.

I have t-slots on my retractable hard cover so I think they sell towers and cross bars for installation above my tonneau cover. Interested in knowing what’s you plan for these cross bars looks great

My plan was to mount a small rooftop tent like the ikamper mini on the bars. I originally got the bars from Ford using my FordPass points, so it was pretty low risk. Now I don’t have money for the rooftop tent, so I’m going to sell the bars (I put an ad up in the marketplace portion of MTC).

Yeah I understand I was looking for Cross bars I could mount using the t-slots on my Retrax XL Pro retractable tonneau cover so I can mount my lectric eBIke’s above the bed - good luck to you
