Hahahaha thanks BD - I actually had a salesman call me from San Antonio Texas yesterday. I had checked with him three or four months ago. He said we have a hybrid Maverick available is $5,000 over sticker and it's hot pepper red. I said well that's not the color I wanted but I'll take it. He sent over credit app and said fill this out and then I'll get it rolling. The next phone call was from him again about 15 minutes later saying his sales manager refused to sell the vehicle to anyone out of state. He said he made a deal with his manager if it wasn't sold by the following day they would sell it to me...... Evidently it was sold LOL. At first I thought wow that's really kind of a straight up thing to do to make sure people in your local community get the first shot at it .... But in reality that policy is because they can't sell someone from out of state all the add-on garbage like oil changes at their dealership - whatever other garbage they want to sell to someone that's local. Scumbags.

There are attorneys that specialize in these types of cases. I would talk to one to see if you have enough documentation. The Florida law says you can get up to 10K plus attorneys fees.

Who knew it would be this much headache buying a freaking truck from Ford. Once I’m done with this mess I’m not going back again. This is just me.

I hate to say it but I think you might find this at many dealerships and brands
