Moderators can usually terminate accounts. Its not really necessary though - You can just never come back.

When the 2004 Chevy Colorado was announced, I joined that forum (Colorado Fans) and was active for a year or so before not buying and moving on.
Fast forward to 2018, I bought a new Colorado and sure enough, my account was still out there and I became active again (a decade and a half later). I think I probably have the oldest account on that site.
Moral of the story, never say never, you may be back. Older and wiser.
BTW, the Mavrick replaced the Colorado.
